What has happened to M&S?
Recently tried to find out where an order that’s at this point five days outside the nominated delivery date.
I hadn’t realised before how poor the M&S online service is how can they get it so wrong!
Wasn’t this years Christmas offering awful. Christmas has meant M&S for years for our family.
The quality was so poor this year I shall order from my local butcher/fishmonger in future.
Poor quality and service means that M&S are no longer an option.
