The age in Oxford street branch near Marble Arch . This girl Went out of her way to help us Absolutely delighted I would like to commendLovepreet for her outstanding service during our recent visit to the café. She went out of her way to ensure we were well looked after, taking the time to assist us with a warm, friendly attitude that made a real difference to our experience. Her attentiveness, willingness to help beyond what was expected, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and her excellent customer service reflects very well on the entire team. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation – she truly deserves recognition.

Sausages are superb taste like sausages did years ago with no gristle and very competitively priced will always have them in the future well worth trying and I am glad I did.

I love the freshly baked breads and pastries but why aren’t they bagged? People can cough or sneeze over the open shelves and there was a huge blue bottle fly on one of the pastries when I was in the Scarborough store. I won’t buy for fear of food poisoning, surely it would be easy to package. Disappointed.

I bought some lemon curd filled 'hot cross buns'. They were truly horrible - pappy & tasteless white bun with sweet lemon inside, not a bit like a HCB, ie no spice, no raisins - a lemon cake is one of my favourites, and I love a good hot cross bun, but this hybrid is not a success.

Last week I bought a Duck Crown in M&S foods for the 2 of us to have on easter day. It was beautiful.......I followed the directions on the box to the letter. £10.00 was excellent value as we've had half today with vegetables (+ M&S Dauphinoise potatoes) and we will have the rest as a duck salad tomorrow. Well done M&Street. .....this was a winner

i recently visited the Trafford Centre store, i was looking for the new stoma knickers, how ever i couldn't fond them on any racking. i was about to walk away, then i spotted a store worker and asked if they had them in stock, the lovely lady named Alex assisted me to a back room to show me samples of the stoma knickers. i was very happy with the underwear and Alex helped me order them to my local M&S. i feel this product should be stocked on the racking/shelfing, as i almost walked away, no everyone has the confidence to ask for such a unique product, so having it readily available would be a huge help. but Alex was very knowledgeable and happy to help. the underwear feels great, i got them to help me feel more comfortable in a dress so my stoma doesn't flap about. i am very satisfied and recommend this underwear.

I purchased on the 2nd April 2025 a packet of British Roast Wiltshire ham. £3.65 I have never seen such thin ham, it was so thin it was transparent. It was so thin I couldn't peel a slice from the packet it fell apart. It made one sandwich and was tasteless. The worse ham, shame on you and £3.65 😡disgraceful!!

What has happened to the new-style repackaged Coronation Chicken - not a patch on the original. Afraid I will not be buying it again in the future as it was very bland and hardly a raisin to be found.

I don't know what is happening with M&S café at the moment? The food is really substandard and staff just don't care. The worst of the stores in our opinion would be Warrington, our breakfast came cold, we complained and 30 minutes later our replacement breakfast came and that was cold. We told this to the manager, she just seemed to accept it and gave us our money back??? We have had similar bad experiences at the Preston branch, so it doesn't look like we will be using M&S for eating in anymore but I really don't think they could care less

Ordered 2 clothing items online using my m and s account. Full payment taken. Delivered to an old address I've not lived at for nearly 4 years. Defaulted, apparently. Customer service trying to blame me. I've ordered and had delivered many items over the past few years. Not my error. They refuse to refund me. They were rude, arrogant and treated me with no respect on the phone, twice. I've lost over £100. Disgraceful.

Omg .Just had the best ever culinary experience in my life ( not joking ) My partner treated me to the 20 pounds Mothers Day meal for two.Had It on Saturday as we are going out for a meal tomorrow. We chose the slow cooked beef in the most amazing gravy , roast potatoes that tasted like mumma used to make , the cheesy cauli/ broccoli bake and the green Veg that felt like it was picked fresh today . OUTSTANDING, FLAVOURSOME, TENDER , FABULOUS...I could go on .Would have this every day if I could and quite frankly, would rather have this than go out to dine as it's usually a disappointment.This combo would never do that .Didn't want the meal to end , and that's a very rare occurrence.Thank you Marks ♥️

Excellent Tom Kerridge meals. Great quality and value. The M&S fresh prawn curry was also amazing. Great to buy meals with flavour and such excellent value.

During the past couple of years particularly this year, telephone Customer Service is lacking knowledge of products and their availability (for example at a particular store). And also, it seems they don’t know how to deal with queries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism. I wanted to know if M&S have a particular organic green leaves available at one of their stores. Contacted M&S Customer Service for information, I couldn’t follow what the Customer Service rep. was saying, after a lot of toing and froing and insisting that I talk to a supervisor/manager, which initially was refused, insisted again and again. I was put on hold for a while and put through to a woman who was not interested to know what I was enquiring about, talking over me all the time and then accusing me of being abrupt and shouting, (worse than that). I didn’t get a chance to express my concern and she rudely ended the call. I was shocked that if she was a supervisor/manger not to be interested about my issue. I very much doubt that if she was of management level. “Very rude member of staff”. Very disappointing. Is this the way that customers are treated these days?

Visited M/S Bristol Causeway store won’t be returning after they refused to take cash in there coffee shop definitely not supporting adults with disabilities who haven’t got access to credit cards they should be ashamed
