I am not happy delivery said 5-7 working days .I ordered on the 23rd and has not left warehouse. I need it for Orthdox Easter as are gifts if I knew it would not get Herr would not order. Plus on the day I clicked express and went to standard postal somehow. Plus should not get charged postage when I have purchased over 300 dollars. So I need my items by the 3rd of May otherwise I want a refund so i can go buy something else. No point sending all that money if I don't get them.. Very bad customer service very bad in providing a date for arrival not happy

Gastropub meals are overpriced in comparison to value for money. £6.50 for about £1.50 worth of food. Tasty = yes. Size of meal = child’s portion. (And I personally only eat very small meals (5’ 6” @ 9.4 stone)) Amount of meat expected = minimal. I’d personally go to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl etc. better value for money! Won’t be buying again! Also had the style of a boil in the bag army meal.

I bought about a week ago and again tonight, but must inform you that the garlic baguette on both occasions is not up to its usual taste. You have changed the spread. I know it’s not butter anyway, but it was quite tasty up until the last couple of weeks I have bought the product. I am put off by the lack of flavour and will try elsewhere. Why do you have to do this? Is it a money saving thing? I won’t buy again.

I purchased a number of Egyptian towels before Christmas. They are thick and soft but snag very easily.

Picked up my pre ordered Turkey on 22nd.The use by date was 26th, very poor. I may as well just bought it that week in store at Tesco. It was very dry even though I cooked it for 10 mins less than it said. The pigs in blankets & stuffing in bacon was well overpriced at £14 for what we got. I'll give m&s a swerve next xmas.

Living in Australia I ordered a Christmas present online to be delivered to my Aunt who is in her late 80’s. I was very disappointed to discover that the present was delivered to her at 10.49 pm. I appreciate that at this time of year can be very busy. However, surely delivering gifts at this time of night is not acceptable at anytime of year.

Bought your ladies thermal socks two packs of 6 at a cost of £20. Doesn't do what you say my feet are very cold and they slip off my feet in my boots. Very dissatisfied.

i was very shocked when certain members of staff in the stores food hall were very keen to inform me about a customer who was Banned from there store yet they said he was a very smart kind and polite customer my reply to them was i am very sorry but i came in to the food hall to just get my shopping and i am not interested in what messures and lies the section manager went to have this customer banned from the store it made me feel sick that staff would behave like this its very clearly a store with serious issues i will never go back there to shop again its like a bad episode of Eastenders's i see the program inside marks and Spencers in a different light now they clearly have no respect for this manager yet i was told this happened over two years ago what the hell is going on

Today, I visited my local city centre store and as well as shopping, I asked the assistant for a replacement 'bag for life', which was the promise of dear old M&S some time ago. Apparently, that promise has been withdrawn, despite almost every product in the food department being covered in plastic. The bag I returned was a large bag, but I was offered (on a once only basis) a small paper bag in return, which would not have made it even half way home with the amount of bottled and chilled items I needed to buy. I understand the need to reduce plastic within our environment, but you really should have worked on the packaging first and certainly not have reneged on a very important promise to your customers. I decided not to complete my shopping at dishonourable M&S and went to Sainsbury's instead.

While products are good they have a pathetic customer service both online and in store. If you brought a product and choose store pick up then you are finished!! Firstly, they will not co-operate for the product of you need to return this then you will find crossing border is easier than that. No matter how many times you call their customer care or visited the store, nothing will help. They won't help you to get back your own money! But will share different reason every time. Ridiculous ,right? They should keep that in mind that M&S is not the only store in India and we are not beggar. If I can spend 2k or 3k for a product then service is matter to me. We can easily change our brand too.

I often visit the Crewe store to collect clothing from the click and collect counter, the staff there and in the food hall are always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for staff at the female clothing department. I normally have to wait until the staff acknowledge you or have finished their conversation and then it seems as though you are a inconvenience because you are returning an item. The last visit was on the 3rd of May and I was served by a tall dark hair girl whom wasn't wearing a name badge, told me I'd waited in the wrong place even though I'd queued behind the lady she had just served. Her attitude throughout the transaction was curt and abrupt. Once she completed the return she ended with "You have a nice day" in a very sarcastic way. I always thought M & S prided themselves on good customer service. I think extra training is needed. Ref from bottom of receipt is as follows: - 26103 203 0101

I have to say what made Marks and Spencers a cut above the rest was the customer was the most important person that walked through there doors managers would greet you with a smile and say how are you today and thank you for spending your hard earned money with us and helping us stay in our jobs and then when you read how the TORQUAY FOOD HALL managers spoke and treated one of there customers even banned him reasons why rewarding there staff for being nice to him and the general manager Nikki think he was going to ask her out for dinner very sad 😢

I am normally proportioned trim lady 5'1" in height and weigh 8st 9lbs. There are a few of us out there so why does M&S no longer cater for the likes of me. I have just bought a pair of short/petite jeans, the very shortest they do, and they are literally dragging on the floor. The average women size now in the UK is 16 and clearly M&S are no longer interested in providing any kind of a service to those that don't conform to that profile.

I purchased a Sweatshirt for my husband for his birthday, which was in the sale. I purchased it 10 days before his birthday, not realising that you only had 14 days to return as i was not told this at the till, apparently it's on the receipt, which i didn't look at as i was rushing, only checked that the price was right. On trying it on, it was too small & as i couldn't get back to the shop until later in the week, took it back for a bigger size, money back or money on a gift card. I was told that, due to my receipt being 4 days out of date, i could not exchange, money back or gift card. I had to bring the Sweatshirt back home, which will now go into the charity bag as there is no-one else it will fit in the family. Had i know about the 14 day return policy, i would not have purchased it in the first place so really angry that i have wasted my money.

Have to say we would agree with the review's on Torquay's Marks + Spencer's my husband and myself had dealings with the general manager Mrs Thomas who was absolutely horrible she was so rube and arrogant to us she behaved like a chav we were so mad we walked away and said how the hell did she get the job as a store manager my husband said at least she didn't Ban us from the store because it seems she is very good at Banning people they should just close the store completely most of the section managers look like they have won the lottery and lost the ticket there more chiefs than indians its not surprising the staff look so unhappy

i would agree with Philip all the reviews that you read about M&S they clearly don't care about there loyal customers or even value them one little bit if you read Torquay's reviews how managers could be so cruel and nasty and most of all Lie and even worst get away with it and then company reward's them for there efforts by making him Area manager i would be so scared to bump in to the section manager and her partner in crime when people lie to the police there definitely two people to keep away from it doesn't get more dangerous than that YUCK

I just can’t believe after all the years of telling the world to eat less sugar MS are the supreme supplier of sugar on their chocolate and biscuits My wife was awarded a packet of shortbread biscuits for being a very loyal customer ,these lumps of poor shortbread and choc was covered in fine white sugar another loser for MS they go in the bin with MS oversweet products Why do you insist on the high level of sugar in your products .. Also MS has become vendors of small snack packages lunch time It obviously pays small plastic packets of unappetising snacks at higher prices .MS should review their ra ges according to customers comments .My wife thinks that I have nothing better to do ,She is probably right but my comments need to be published or MS can contact me for a tasting position within your company Sugar 0 Sophisticated customers 10
