Just ordered another pair of mens slippers to replace a previous pair that only lasted about THREE months during which time the back seam slip open and the inside cloth lining came off BOTH slippers. Would have complained but purchased quite some time back so cannot prove they were just stored as a spare pair for some time before use.
All my family have been a customers for many many years and normally pleased I hope this was a one off not a switch to new suppliers to up profits. (suspicious mind)
Will watch the new replacement's closely.
