My husband has been having size regular shirts in large for years which have fitted well but now it has changed. Now much too small and XL are to big. Also round neck cotton jumpers L are too small and sleeves are far too long. Why are there such big changes so disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of M&S for over 50 years however I have been aware of a gradual decline in quality of many of the products. I do not know if this is cost saving or a change in buying policy. Tough steaks and steak pies poor quality cooked meats in general even some chicken products are poor and now the ultimate, what have you done to my favourite snacks, prawn cocktail shells ? The most recent packet was quite simply repulsive, I would compare it to flavourless sawdust, appalling ! If it has reached this stage where you are attempting to improve your margins on something so cheap and insignificant then you have lost another customer. I have a Waitrose store within the same radius as M&S. They will have my custom forthwith. so sad because I loved M&S.

What as happened to the clothing in M/S? Your designers are not with it. Fabric designs, colour and quality are unattractive and unwearable. Swathes of this clothing end up in the outlet store near me. Ask your customers what they want? The cut, the fit and the lines are ill thought out. Come on look at what your designers are wearing themselves, That should speak volumes. Listen to what customers are actually looking for. You are losing us all.

Why is it you along with other producers of are happy to mislead the public with your wording on your packaging of bacon .You seem to be happy too be seen to be concerned with the health and well being of the animals that produce your food when your not.I admit to eating meat but have always been prepared to pay more for animals cared for in the best ,longest and most natural environment before having its life taken for my benefit as I would hope you and your family and producers family would have so when you say your bacon is from outdoor bred animals then go on to say once delivered are taken away and REARED in totally different barbaric conditions away from its mother more like a the old battery hen of old so please just be honest and try not to deceive those around you with clever wording and uncaring profit driven wording and marketing thanks Allan

Please can you explain why the skirt measurements on the website state "inside leg" measurement ?!!! As far as I'm aware only trouser lengths are measured against inside leg. Skirts are surely "waist to hem" ? M&S used to offer the same skirt in different lengths many years ago - usually 27", 30" 33". This was ideal so buyers could chose the skirt style and then select the length which suited their height. Now it seems a particular style only comes in one length .... and that's if you know your inside leg skirt length!

My sister gave me a Marks and Spencer gift card through Funky pigeon worth £10 .I put it on my fireplace for safe keeping and yesterday I was dusting and it fell through a small crack. I got my son to get the fire out but cannot see any sign of it.. The only where is to break the fireplace which I can’t do. My sister has sent me a picture of the receipt with the number of the gift card. As I won’t be ever able to use it is there any chance I could have a replacement.?

Regardless of value, the store has an obligation to the customer. Shouldn't be an issue to resolve, but, like getting blood out if a stone.

My husband has purchased several pairs of your cotton slim fit trousers made in Bangladesh , however sadly after careful laundering and drying we have found they have shrunk by an inch!!! This is more than annoying as they are expensive to replace especially when they have been laundered according to label what do you suggest we do as we are very unhappy with this situation to put it mildly.

I am very interested in hearing which actions and changes Marks and Spencer stores are taking towards the reduction or elimination of plastic in the food department? As i am deeply shocked to still see no changes in any packaging while Waitrose for example has worked towards eliminating black vegetables containers for clear recyclable ones and also as options of more variety of loose fruits and vegetables. I find the none action extremely poor and highly disgraceful as i believe manufacturer are the main producer of plastic package therefore they should get all the pressure.
