“ Bought a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the day of our anniversary but arrived very late at night leaving me and wife very disappointed. I got one update on the day saying that the delivery would be later than expected, and that was it. Called customer service who apologised but didn't take responsibility for the missed delivery. Won't recommend this company at all. ”
