“ I paid for next day delivery, and got notification that they coulnt deliver until next working day, which wouold be three days from me ordering I called customer services and after an extremely long wait, the operator tols me her line maager said no refund, unless it doesnt arrive on Monday. BUT THAT WOULD BE 3 DAYS LATE. i paid extra for next day for a reason ..... ”

“ Bought a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the day of our anniversary but arrived very late at night leaving me and wife very disappointed. I got one update on the day saying that the delivery would be later than expected, and that was it. Called customer service who apologised but didn't take responsibility for the missed delivery. Won't recommend this company at all. ”
