“ In the past month I have ordered items with next day delivery , last month it was 2 days late, this week should have arrived yesterday and no sign of it arriving anytime soon. No help from X staff. If I want something next day I certainly will not use M&S. Trustpilot gives 1 and a half stars, not surprisingly ”
