“ Sizing allo over the place. Returns no labels or QR codes provided, the customer has to print them and pay for return. Clothes look okay but look shoddy very quickly. So overpriced for the quality. ”

Tried the link to start a return 5 times and it doesn't actually give you an option to start a return/get a QR code, therefore going to have to travel to a store (that hasn't yet been closed due to M&S cost cutting!) and hope the staff are capable of doing their jobs! ”
