“My partner ordered 2 separate letterbox hampers as gifts and we can't praise you enough. The selection was fantastic. Arrived at exact time we were told and the recipients were over the moon.Sensational. Can't fault the online purchasing at all.So easy to do ,even for computer illiterates like us THANK YOU”

“Excellent customer service from a lovely lady called Louisa today at the Oxford branch.She helped me with my first ever bra fitting. Nothing was too much trouble for her.I ended up buying 5 new,well fitting bra's and matching briefs.”

“I have today visited Cafe in M/S in Queen street Cardiff . at around 16.15...and want to say WELL.DONE! AN AMAZING TEAM.!! A small group of staff and an enormous number of customers!! Take That in concert in the City ..and I think.half of the stadium people.czme.to.M/S.for food.tea and the loo!! All.staff on the go at top speed with a ready smile for everyone.!!! even beyond their official Close at 5pm . A credit to themselves and.to.you as. company ...Please pass on this praise they deserve it ..and Olympic Medal each!!! Thank.you so.much.”

“Went into M&S in Charlton on the off chance that I could be measured for a new Bra. A lovely lady named Sayra had some time before her next appointment so kindly sorted me out. She was very helpful. I left with 2 Bras. Very happy with service. Thank you.”

“IO visited the Handforth store on 21.04.26. I was looking for a picnic basket and Sheila, an extremely helpful member of staff took me under her wing and showed me all the items associated with picnics. I purchased the basket and plates and glasses and cutlery. Sheila should be commended for the way she assisted both my daughter and I(we even considered asking if Sheila wanted to come to the picnic). Excellent customer service and a credit to M&S.”

“Went to Colchester M&S on 10th Feb to buy some bedding and was very greatly helped by an assistant. I thought she was brilliant. Wednesday,11th Feb went in again and was buying food. I have a bit of arthritis in my knees and in beginning to struggle. One young lady assistant spotted this this and offered to help. She couldn't have been more kind , considerate and thoughtful. An absolute star . I do hope this review gets back to them . Their help was so much appreciated. Thank you . It makes such a difference”

“I've been shopping in Marks and Spencer's for 25 years plus very good food and very good for quality food is what I love about Marks and Spencer's and I always will shop with Marks and Spencer's absolutely quality food I do not mind pain £300 a month on food shopping”

“Christmas 2025 I had booked a Christmas Eve food collection at M&S food hall Outlet Ocean Park, Burfields Road, Portsmouth, a couple of months in advance. On the day and time of the collection my husband was called for a Radiotherapy appointment, which obviously took preference in my commitments, but stressed me out. However I approached the Manager of this M&S food hall, a chap called James, and he was extremely helpful and arranged a stress free collection later that day. It was such a helpful and sensitive thing to do (in this day and age), so thank you James and the helpful staff at Ocean Park .”

“Marks and Spencer in Ipswich is lovely; well stocked, good lighting and easy to access. I used the bra fitting service after being dazzled by the number of different styles and fittings available. I just wanted so9mething that fitted correctly and was comfortable. I booked an appointment online and Zoe immediately took me to a large changing room where we could both fit with ease. She measured and asked a few questions and then went to find a selection of bras for me. SO helpful. She left me to try them on and checked the fit. It was all very easy and nothing to be embarrassed about. I left with 5 bras in colours that I might not have considered and feeling confident that I was wearing the right size! I would highly recomment the fitting service with special thanks to Zoe for excellent customer service.”

“As a 70 year lady visiting Liverpool I just want to give praise to the lady who works int he coffee to go in Liverpool,1 today. I wasn’t feeling very well and called in for a coffee and sit down. She went out of her way with kindness to attend to me. I did go and thank her on leaving but just wanted you to have feedback on this incident. Hope this review gets back to her - she was an angel.”

“The age in Oxford street branch near Marble Arch . This girl Went out of her way to help us Absolutely delighted I would like to commendLovepreet for her outstanding service during our recent visit to the café. She went out of her way to ensure we were well looked after, taking the time to assist us with a warm, friendly attitude that made a real difference to our experience. Her attentiveness, willingness to help beyond what was expected, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and her excellent customer service reflects very well on the entire team. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation – she truly deserves recognition.”
