“I have always been happy with marks and spencer customer service. They have always been helpful until you get what you want ...I am talking about the food hall ....and specially one member of staff in Marks and Spencer lakeside in thurrock called Parwinder ...who is always smiling...each time I passed by. ..and that she is always there if I needed any help ...it is so nice to still find people like her taking care of their customers ...”

“I went for a bra fitting today at westfields i was very happy with the service, the lady was Asian, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, easy to talk to, explained why and what bra's was suitable for me she went the extra mile and an asset to m/s smiling all the time very good customer service I would recommend family and friends the service is free thats a bonus thank you”

“Took my daughter for a bra fitting service to Cheshire Oaks today, And a Couple of months ago I took a lady I support there for a bra fitting. 100% amazing service off the ladies there, I would definitely recommend booking a bra fitting service.”

“A really good thing about M&S clothes is that the stitching never comes undone, nor do buttons come off. I do wish, though, that M&S would add catalogue details when their Rewards arrive. I once tried to identify an article of clothing which I fancied for myself but I could never trace it to purchase.”

“The new style food shops of marks and spencer are not designed purely for the pop in and get a few bits and maybe lunch any longer. It lends itself to a full weeks shopping trip, isles are wide and easy to manoeuvre, plenty of choice more like a delicatessen than a main stream supermarket. And one must never forget the “yellow label” search and get excellent food for even cheaper!”

“I am somewhat unable to walk far, or for too long. So the M&S food store in Winchester Road, Southampton, is perfect. I can park right outside, take a trolly and walk.the shop, without any problems. This particular shop is constantly clean, well stocked, the staff are so helpful and I don't think I've ever come across, such a committed customer service premises, as effective as this store. Great job and I'm so impressed.”

“We always order our xmas food from m&s, it always comes in on time and the food is always excellent..this year we ordered a pre cooked turkey with stuffing & gravy..it was superb very succulent, all our order was 1st class.. well done m&s & to all staff in stores we shop...swansea west Park. & mumbles....fab food as always....sue & Don latty”
