I was very impressed by the help I got from 3 ladies at M and S Chesterfield on Thursday 13th March last week. A manager called Lizzie, Rachel and Kirstie at the till.
They went to a lot of trouble to provide me with a refund for a credit note I had which had become damaged and almost unreadable.
