“Kingston upon Thames cafeteria is quite the best for customer satisfaction. Area very clean, staff very friendly, polite and professional. Special mention for Nuria who is by far the best, she makes everybody feel we are part of the family. Many thanks”

“From start to finish my experience of ordering a wardrobe online has been fantastic. I have been updated re delivery and assembly of the wardrobe all the way. The delivery/assemblythis morning was brilliant .... on time, fast, efficient .... a great service. The wardrobe looks brilliant, I am very pleased with it.”

“Hello I visited your Colchester Branch it is fab. I had a bra fitting and I wish I took the ladies name she was so kind and patient and her knowledge was so good and she gave me practical advice aswell. This lady made Marks and Spencer £110.00 today from me as she was brilliant My appointment was at 11:30am on the 5th March Thank you”

“Had a bra fitting yesterday. Brilliant. The fitter was attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. I thoroughly recommend this service to anyone looking for a bra that fits properly. Susan Grant, Walthamstow.”

“I worked in marks Spencers flagship store it is a lovely store and some of the staff are a credit to the company but everyone in store could see what these three managers were doing to intimidate Dale we were even told not to engage with him when he came in the store You can’t even call them managers that’s being to kind to them Dale’s only fault was being a very kind generous gentleman and paying the wrong person a complement who was quick enough to let us all no that’s the man that fancy me what a idiot she made of herself I am sure he won’t make that mistake again”

“It’s not often I comment on company websites. I should state first that I have a healthy appetite (to say the least) as I am constantly on the go at the moment. Recently I was in your store in the Gyle shopping centre, Edinburgh. I came across your cookie cup mince pies (4 pack). I have always been partial to a mince pie(s) - a major weakness of mine. It has to be said that these cookie cup ones are staggeringly good, probably the finest I’ve tasted. Irresistible? certainly, waist expanding? unfortunately so. Go nicely with a whisky?……..”

“i have to say i have shopped at most of the Marks+Spences all over country and they are great stores that sale great food and lovely staff and managers but then you read what Thomas / Harris /Moxhay did to the perfectly innocent shopper and the way Thomas the General manager spoke to him outside then Harris has the nerve to say Marks and Spencers just pay lip service with the customer its all very disgusting and arrogant and then Moxhay sending the police to his home with a load of made up lies HR should have made these managers resign from there positions what they did is all over the southwest and they should hang there heads in shame mind you if you bring a customer to tears that says everything we need to no about you so when you sit down to eat your Christmas dinner with your family just stop and think what you did to that poor innocent shopper it is so sad to even read it Dale will have to put the cracker in the door and close it to pull it this year”
