“a male oodie purchased from marks and spencer's i was mightily impressed with the material and with minutes of wearing it warm as toast. well done marks and spencer i hope to reduce my fuel bills wearing this product”

“I have been a regular at M&S Mere Green since it first opened. The staff have always been very friendly, helpful and efficient but I must say that their latest addition Erin is delightful and almost makes shopping fun.”

“We had M&S food for my parents 60th wedding party, brilliant, the sandwiches and small rolls were delicious, we had other food from store as well as platters and everybody enjoyed the food, can’t say enough about quality of the platters”

“I went to marks and Spencer Doncaster Wheatley retail park store and was walking with crutches due to a foot injury and the staff was lovely really helpful Anna helped me carry my basket to the checkout and even went and got a item I needed but could not carry then the lady on the till packed my bag and got some one to carry my bag to seat outside until my lift came to pick me up I must say I often go to this store and have always had excellent service from the staff .”

“I have to say regarding the review on the commercial manager Andy in Torquay food hall for me personally he is the BEST you must give him credit to stand there and tell a customer exactly how marks Spencers value there customers is Brilliant he doesn’t care what head office thinks it’s just a point taking away from the store I think this man is my kind of man say it as it is well done Andy❤️”

“Had a bra fitting at ricoh M&S after I had a mastectomy after having cancer and I never thought I would get a bra to fit and feel comfortable or look nice again Si felt so low but after the lady called Lisa sorted me out I was in tears, happy tears she was amazing so understanding and found the right bra for me I couldn’t stop looking at myself which I never done before I couldn’t thank her enough she had to order the bras for me and she made sure they fitted right when they arrived I couldn’t fault her or thank her enough for her help. I’m so happy I had the courage to go and have a fitting and get such a nice lady to help me Thank you Lisa at ricoh coventry.”

“I had a great experience today in your Beauty department with a lady called Maureen I had take my sisters Granddaughter in to find the perfect colour foundation for her skin this was her first visit to Marks & Spencer and Maureen was so attentive , understanding, to a young girl it was the best experience so a big thank you .”

“We shop every week in the food hall…excellent choice. On most occasions we go for something to eat in the cafe upstairs in Cheshire Oaks. Every member of staff is lovely but especially so Diane (S)… she is just so personable, very friendly and extremely efficient. Today (15/8/22) there was another member of staff, Jacob, who was extremely personable. They are both good representatives for M&S!”
