“On Friday 25/3/22 @ 10:52am, my wife and I were severed at the check out in food store Forestside Belfast , by Jacqueline Mc. a beautiful lady extremely helpful and understanding. Jacqueline has a smile and a greeting for everyone and I can fully understand everyone passing and hiding the time of day .An asset to M&S.”

“I was perfectly guided and advised by an intern named Vickram at the children's and men's section of Wheelock Place in Singapore. Very good service, very pleasant welcome. You can feel the smile despite wearing a mask. He made my day”

“My mum went for a bra fitting on the 17th March and was served by a lovely lady called Hazel. She was very welcoming and helpful. My mum has osteoarthritis in her shoulders and couldn’t lift her arm properly to lift the strap up so Hazel was very helpful and helped my mum so she was comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience and she would recommend Hazel from the Havant branch. My mum purchased 3 comfy bras and knickers. She was very pleased 😃”

“Thank you M & S for excellent service online and in local stores. I have recently had a couple of problems with online orders, one a missing belt of a pair and quickly resolved.M The second, not a fault of M & S but the carrier, yet M and S re-sent the order and dealt with everything brilliantly.”

“We visited their Chelmsford branch yesterday and experienced some difficulties scanning our items on the self check out. An M and S employee named Mitchell came to our aid and I must say what a credit this man must be to your Company. He could not have been more helpful and he went that extra mile to help and make sure we were satisfied”

“M&S Cafe Grimsby My family and I visited the cafe in Marks and Spencer today. Sarah, Jo and Karen greeted all 5 of us with a lovely kid and a caring smile. They couldn't do enough for us as they issued us with hot teas, toast, coffee and various other snacks. They asked us if we wanted the tables pushed together for us all to sit together. Sara, Jo and Karen are certainly the dream team as they gave outstanding service to every one of us. We will certainly recommend your cafe to our friends and relatives.”

“Marks and Spencer West Bridgford have the most lovely man (I think he’s called Carl) on their self service tills. He is so helpful and friendly without being over the top. During Covid he worked on the door and had a kind word for everyone. He deserves to know it’s appreciated.”

“I would like to tell about my recent experience after shopping at Marks and Spencer Hazel Grove ,I discovered I had lost a ring ,I phoned M&S the following day and I am delighted to tell you that Karon on the checkout had found my ring which was put safely in a safe, all the staff were most helpful , but I would like to thank Karon most of all, staff like her are a great asset to a company.”

“the review regarding the innocent shopper accused of sending flowers to the section manager Nikki. yet everyone in the store is aware she told here husband she won them in the raffle at work which says everything about her she should be ashamed of herself who lies to the man your suppose to LOVE. no wonder she feels anxious when she sees the man she accused.of being so in love with her. when she says good morning it’s a lie he was the perfect gentleman the police should speak to her husband and he should question her LIES. most of staff really liked this gentleman”

“Today I visited Salisbury M and S returning a bra I bought in the huge M and S near junction 22 off the M25 on Monday.In vain I sought help at the latter store as I needed help in my initial purchase. Not one assistant available except to offer me a basket HOWEVER !! In Salisbury a delightful lady named Lisa Down Came forward to help. Not only did she personally find and measure the Correct garment which is 3 sizes different from what I normally get before COVID she made me feel 100% Better to start the rest of the day. Marks and Spencer’s need to take care of their loyal Customers of 70 years plus . I am unable to fill in the form you hand out now to enter a lottery prize. Please send a thank you to Lisa Down in Salisbury as she deserves a medal for her time and kindness helping an old lady. Mrs Judy Paton”

“Valentines dine in for two for £20.00 for Feb 22. I was impressed. Starter was coquilles st jacques, mains: salmon en croute, side dauphinois potatoes and dessert “banana’s over you. My husband and I had a throughly relaxing and enjoyable Valentines Day. Thank you M&S, not only was I surprised by the quality and portion size. The evening was amazing by us being together, in our home and enjoying each other’s company.”

“Had the most amazing service by a lady called Janet in the bra fitting service at Longbridge branch. She went over and above and was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried to leave a review on the site they recommend ‘tellmands.co.uk’ near on impossible to complete which is sad because staff should be praised for excellent service. The site suggested is horrible. M&S should review this.”
