“I normally shop at the Crewe Food Store Branch but since visiting the Nantwich Food Store Branch and having experience their excellent customer service this will now be my preferred store. I like to give credit where it is due especially in this day and age where everybody wants to moan and complain. I have arthritis and struggle lifting heavy items but a wonderful customer services assistant called Melissa helped me locate my products within the store and helped me with the check-out. She really went out of her way to help me and I just want to convey my thanks to M&S for having and training such wonderful staff. Thank you so much, it really makes a difference. Mr Paul Thompson.”

“Was at the M & S store in Romford at the cafe. My wife had a tumble in a tube train and was walking round with a frame. Staff all very kind especially Lianne and Janice in the cafe. We had tea and coffee and - of course - iced buns which my wife Esme declared 'are even nicer than Krispy Kreme donuts' which used to be her favourites. The afternoon was topped off by her buying a super white and black long dress for an event we hope to go to - after she gets better. Thanks.”

“My friend and I booked bra fitting yesterday in your Marble Arch branch. Kay L. who measured us and did the fitting was amazing 🤩 I had few fittings before but she was the nicest, fun but professional lady ever! We ended up buying few items and telling our friends to go and see her. Thank you so much for best experience so far😊🙌🏼”

“On 6th May I went to the store in Canterbury and bought some food. I was struggling with the self pay and a delightful young lady came to help me. She was so friendly and polite. Her name was Esther. I came out of the store feeling happier as my husband died recently. Thank you Esther”

“I went in to marks guilt Brook an assistant called Sandra was looking after the changing rooms on the to floor. I asked her if they would have more pairs of jeans like the ones I had picked up in different colours. She went with me to the bottom floor to help me find what i wanted. It was lovely to have the help I got. I brought four different colours if the same style jeans because of her help. Thank you Sandra. 😊”

“Wow what a massive improvement you’ve made to your Chelmsford store. Love the new lighting and the space that it seems to have created within the store. I was looking for a nice shirt today and one of your managers help me choose one. Food hall is looking a lot better and my boyfriend commented on the mens wear.”

“Visited the store at Dlf Saket delhi. The experience was wonderful. Staff was very helpful, especially the lady in the lingerie section. The alteration required in mens trouser was done really quickly. All in all a great experience. Rachna”

“On holiday last weeek I shopped at M&S and was served by Mary on the tills she was very helpful when advising me how to order an item to be delivered to the store for me to collect during my holiday. I also made an apppointment for a bra fitting whilst I was in the store and was served by Leslie who gave me very good advice - I ended up buying 4 new bras .”

“I bought some clothing from marks and Spencer Meadowhall Sheffield and unfortunately had to return an item, I bought some more clothing and I had a £5 gift card to use, only trouble was it had disappeared from my e Mail the young man who was serving us was very patient while I scrolled through my e mails I had added it to my sparks card but he needed to see my e mail, I gave up and was disappointed, Sam the young man at Sheffield Meadowhall told me not to worry he had seen it on my sparks and he would take off the £5 by hand I walked away from marks very happy and would like to congratulate Sam on his patience and excellent customer service Well done marks and Spencer you must be doing some good training Thank you”

“On Friday 25/3/22 @ 10:52am, my wife and I were severed at the check out in food store Forestside Belfast , by Jacqueline Mc. a beautiful lady extremely helpful and understanding. Jacqueline has a smile and a greeting for everyone and I can fully understand everyone passing and hiding the time of day .An asset to M&S.”
