“Popped in today to the Nottingham store to buy my mum something for Christmas and was helped by a really lovely assistant Jenny in ladies wear. She had a lot of knowledge and a real interest in what ladies of a certain age would wear. She made it so easy to buy a lovely outfit for my mum. She is a credit to Marks and Spencer and nothing was too much trouble.”

“Would like to say a great big thank you to Karen W of m and s wolstanton Stoke on Trent She happily left what she was doing and went to search for a Percy Pig soft toy for me I am 68 and wanted one for my granddaughter Karen came back to me twice to let me know she was still looking and she successfully found one I was so pleased Thank you Karen”

“shop at marks Spencers in Bovey Tracey Newton Abbott the staff and management there are AMAZING and a credit to BP and Marks and Spencers always polite and VERY friendly i think the team are as good as there leaders they put three of the mangers in torquay to shame if you want excellent customer service go meet the staff and management at BP there a credit to Marks and Spencers and BP”

“I was in M&S Letterkenny recently and had a bra fitting the care and service I got from two ladies in the store was exceptional they really were passionate about their job and took there customers care was their main priority so a big thank you Phoara & Tricia xx”

“We just popped on for a coffee and chocolate whilst we wait for our time to pick up my daughters wedding dress ans Cerys in the chester store treated us to the hot chocolate - what a locker start to the wedding weekend. Thank you for making us feel special”

“I took my 12 year old daughter to your Kingston branch for her first bra fitting so bearing in mind she was a very nervous and self conscious being her first time so it was a big day for her and me as a mum. We were greeted and dealt with by Dora she was amazing in every possible way made it very personal private gave my daughter space and privacy and gave her a choice which involved both of us A real asset to your company calm beautiful and wonderful customer service. My daughter is like a different girl and chose her own bras and more from other stores with complete confidence now she knows her exact size thank you so much Dora you were wonderful and we loved meeting you”

“I live in Canada and I ordered a blouse and a long-sleeve T-shirt last week. They were at my door this morning. Not bad considering I ordered something from Canada at the same time and it's expected arrival is tomorrow. We have a lot of land to cover for deliveries but no oceans to cross:) I was able to track every move my purchase was making. It was accurate and speedy. I also appreciate that the price you see is the price you pay. The prices were in Canadian dollars and I had access to free shipping. There was no surprise customs payments either. I don't shop at several American stores because of all the extra costs. I like the transparency of shopping at M&S. Finally, the T-shirt is cuter in real life and the blouse is beautiful and fits perfectly (I was a little nervous about getting the size conversion right but the website is helpful). I will be happy to wear them both. Overall, I was delighted by my experience and will be shopping there again. Laura”

“Purchasing shirt I noticed had a stain. Woman called Vicky on till offered to find me a replacement which unfortunately had identical stain. She then ordered for delivery to a local store. All done on a busy Saturday. Excellent customer care”
