“Had the most amazing service by a lady called Janet in the bra fitting service at Longbridge branch. She went over and above and was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried to leave a review on the site they recommend ‘tellmands.co.uk’ near on impossible to complete which is sad because staff should be praised for excellent service. The site suggested is horrible. M&S should review this.”

“Lydia from Liverpool displayed exceptional customer service skills when I was trying to purchase a puffer coat that was in the sale, however; it had no code on it. After finding the same coat but a smaller size, Lydia went out of her way by contacting her manager on two occasions in order to help me purchasevthe said item. Well done Lydia you are an asset to M & S”

“Order our Turkey Crown to be picked up 12.30 on 23rd Dec. Very well organised and in and out the store quickly. Shame car park could not deal with the volume. On Christmas Day all went well and the turkey was delicious, carved very well and the stuffing was tasty. Would order it again next year if I can. The crowns get sold out quickly.”

“Popped in today to the Nottingham store to buy my mum something for Christmas and was helped by a really lovely assistant Jenny in ladies wear. She had a lot of knowledge and a real interest in what ladies of a certain age would wear. She made it so easy to buy a lovely outfit for my mum. She is a credit to Marks and Spencer and nothing was too much trouble.”

“Would like to say a great big thank you to Karen W of m and s wolstanton Stoke on Trent She happily left what she was doing and went to search for a Percy Pig soft toy for me I am 68 and wanted one for my granddaughter Karen came back to me twice to let me know she was still looking and she successfully found one I was so pleased Thank you Karen”

“shop at marks Spencers in Bovey Tracey Newton Abbott the staff and management there are AMAZING and a credit to BP and Marks and Spencers always polite and VERY friendly i think the team are as good as there leaders they put three of the mangers in torquay to shame if you want excellent customer service go meet the staff and management at BP there a credit to Marks and Spencers and BP”

“We just popped on for a coffee and chocolate whilst we wait for our time to pick up my daughters wedding dress ans Cerys in the chester store treated us to the hot chocolate - what a locker start to the wedding weekend. Thank you for making us feel special”

“I took my 12 year old daughter to your Kingston branch for her first bra fitting so bearing in mind she was a very nervous and self conscious being her first time so it was a big day for her and me as a mum. We were greeted and dealt with by Dora she was amazing in every possible way made it very personal private gave my daughter space and privacy and gave her a choice which involved both of us A real asset to your company calm beautiful and wonderful customer service. My daughter is like a different girl and chose her own bras and more from other stores with complete confidence now she knows her exact size thank you so much Dora you were wonderful and we loved meeting you”
