“Was served today by Tricia in the Ayr store of M&S at 15.35 today. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Long may this store remain in Ayr High Street as we no longer have a store selling ladies and men’s clothes of this quality. It is an Essential part of shopping in Ayr.”

“We bought 2 beds from the Longbridge, Birmingham shop, the service was excellent, unfortunately date was to late, popped in to ask if there was a chance of bringing it forward. Debbie went out of her way and she managed to help us, i cannot fault Longbrige always had excellent service and not to name to many but Emma was also brilliant with her service, will continue to use marks for everything. Thank you”

“My daughter bought some lilies for me from an M&S shop in a garage. They are beautiful I have never seen such enormous blooms once opened. The scent is intoxicating & almost two weeks later they still look lovely. Well done M&S I wonder who your supplier is!!”

“Ordered goods from M&S free of charge. All arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately I had to return a couple of items which was very easy and again free through Hermes. Good my refund through CC very quickly. Overall very happy and have placed a new order.”
