“We bought 2 beds from the Longbridge, Birmingham shop, the service was excellent, unfortunately date was to late, popped in to ask if there was a chance of bringing it forward. Debbie went out of her way and she managed to help us, i cannot fault Longbrige always had excellent service and not to name to many but Emma was also brilliant with her service, will continue to use marks for everything. Thank you”

“My daughter bought some lilies for me from an M&S shop in a garage. They are beautiful I have never seen such enormous blooms once opened. The scent is intoxicating & almost two weeks later they still look lovely. Well done M&S I wonder who your supplier is!!”

“Have just had your valentine 2021 meal prawn cocktail beef bourginon followed by chorizo with chocolate Plus heart shape chocs and prosecco..want to say well done m&s really good food and what a bargain at 20 pounds worth every penny .absolutely delicious.”

“Ordered goods from M&S free of charge. All arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately I had to return a couple of items which was very easy and again free through Hermes. Good my refund through CC very quickly. Overall very happy and have placed a new order.”

“My friend and I were at m&s at Newtownabbey, Belfast today, we just wanted to say how nice and helpful the staff were. We would like to give a special mention to Robert who was at the main entrance as we went in and couldn’t have done enough for us and also Andrea who helped us out as well, there were other members off staff as well but we didn’t get all there names, it was a pleasure to shop there , all because off these staff members, we will certainly be back”

“I attended Marks and Spencer Stirling store today at around 13.00 and was served by a very helpful and polite lady - her badge name was Moira. She served meat the ladies tills. She was really a great ambassador for M&S and considering all that is going on at present she was very pleasant and really interested in me as a customer. I felt so much more positive after speaking to her.”
