Was served today by Tricia in the Ayr store of M&S at 15.35 today. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Long may this store remain in Ayr High Street as we no longer have a store selling ladies and men’s clothes of this quality. It is an Essential part of shopping in Ayr.
