I ordered a sofa and 2 chairs, after receiving a good selection of swatches from M&S. I was kept up to date via email and M&S were most accommodating when I changed my delivery date. I was given a 2 hour window several days before and the 2 delivery drivers, Tom and Sue, were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble - even bringing the furniture in via my side gate and up a flight of steps to my french doors. They unpacked everything, fitted the feet and left my furniture in situ, taking away all the packaging. The quality and value for money is outstanding and I cannot recommend M&S highly enough!
