“Just purchased ladies thermal vests - great tops - very stylish :cozy and feels so soft to the skin - can wear on its own instead of a T / highly recommend and could not buy better quality elsewhere for the price of £12.”

“I was in a terrible state as my daughter had just had a baby and everything had gone wrong and the outlook for the baby cwas bad. I needed to buy something for my daughter in hospital. The assistant was extremely kind and helpful. I will remember it and always try to shop there now.”

“I have now bought slow cooked BBQ pork rib rack for the second time it is gluten free which is fantastic as my husband is coeliac They are wonderful thank you M&S All your food is great but to find this product makes my husband so happy”

“I went to Marks and Spencer in westfiels on the 23/11/20. I was served by a lovely lady called Kafayat, so polite, friendly I just bought a cardigan. She packed it so nicely so carfully. I was an excellent customer service!”

“Hi, Marks & Spencer's have delivered 2 x online orders in September and now today perfectly and 'on time' as per their forecast schedule. In fact in advance of their forecast schedule. Their International Customer Service Team have been responsive. I am in 'AWE' of their Supply Management Team that made it happen. Congratulations to everyone involved.”

“My loyalty as a customer is recognised and I’m given rewards from time to time which I really appreciate, nothing big. Last week I had a voucher to use in the food section which gave me £5 off a £30 shop and another one for 5 times my normal Sparks points. I left the store feeling valued.”

“I visited Marks and Spencer Simply Food store in Moseley Village, Birmingham on 29th October. I must say I was very impressed by the way the gentleman on the till served me. His name is Philip, and I found him very helpful and respectful. He had a very pleasant manner, and I noticed that this is how he was with other customers. Thank you and well done.”

“I've always used M&S on line food/flower delivery service. All through Covid 19 to date I've used M&S delivery service for their food, fruit, flowers etc. Absolutely faultless. All goods are fresh, well presented and varied. Well done!”

“Returned and out of date box of chocolates - was annoyed as it meant an extra trip back there on a Saturday to return ..... however I was given a cash refund immediately and then generously the store manager gave me three boxes of the chocolates ! Was very impressed and very grateful !!!!”

“I bought the hiker boots size 8 with the zip down the side. Other reviews said they came up tight but I normally have wide fitting feet and yet these are perfect!! So comfy and look great on! Beautiful boots! I'm a size 8 UK.”
