“I visited Marks and spencer in Partick , Glasgow. I was looking for something special as a gift and couldn't decide because I'm useless at that kind of thing. A member of staff took pity on me and decided to help me. She was really helpful and very friendly. Her name was Sandra. I was only going in for a cheap bunch of flowers , but Sandra encouraged me to think a bit more and make that gift a little extra special instead of going down the easy/Lazy route. I'm so glad I listened and spent that little bit extra time and Money the reaction was priceless. Sandra i owe you one , Cheers”

“Brooklyn I your Perth store in scotland was outstanding I visited on 15th September. He noted id been waiting in line a long time due to an elderly fellow customer. He cane gireard and opened a new till. He then served me very efficiently with friendly chat and clear pride in the M&S brand and customer ethos. You should be proud to have him. “Seems to be a lot of complaints about a service that is doing its best in very difficult circumstances. Just wanted to say a big thank-you to all staff who have worked most selflessly putting themselves and their families in potential danger to make sure that the public has access to most of what they need. Well done those people and keep up the good work despite the negativity that seems to have become a hallmark recently”

“Never had any trouble with M&S. The food in the cafe was very good and so was the service thanks to Julia, Andrea & Jacinta The clothing is very good and so is the hardware. All in all nothing to complain about. Gordon & Anita. Lewes.”

“Shopped at M&S Dundee Store this morning. A lovely lad helped me maneouvre the self service till and as I had a "brain fog" I left my shopping at the till. He ran all the way along the street after to catch me and give me my shopping. Don't know his name but he had dark hair and was quite tall.”

“Exceptional customer service at Marks food hall Alnwick. All the staff without exception offer outstanding Customer care from personable greetings with clear health and safety guidance. Once in store, this continues with helpful and approachable staff. Plenty of offers and a huge variety of products, for even this relatively small store, which has brought quality food hall shopping at affordable prices to our town and area. Certainly the safest and most valued way to shop in store.”

“I ordered a whole leg of lamb last Thursday. The cost was £20. It was £5 cheaper than Tesco for exactly the same joint. I queried delivery times with their customer service as it was for a dinner party. She was extremely helpful and the order was arranged. I received an email to inform the item was in store and I could collect. The leg joint arrived as expected and instructions for roasting. It was absolutely wonderful. My guests were very impressed with the taste, as was I. Cannot fault M&S. Their service and standards are top notch.”

“M&S food is delicious. Never had a bad meal. I only wish their ranges were wider. I now shop there every week. They just do it better. Even their tea is sooo much better than Yorkshire Tea. And it comes foil wrapped - and in individual teabags, not sets of two which you have to tear apart and stuff back in the box, or sometimes splitting and getting tea leaves in your cup. Sometimes it’s the little things. When I go to Morrisons, usually to get other stuff - what a difference in experience. World’s apart. And I noticed Morrisons were doing a copy cat deal of £12 for a meal in. Nowhere near as good quality as M&S I’m sure, even their ‘best’ ranges can’t compare.”

“Customer service at Bangor, north Wales is second to none. The staff are attentive and very diligent in the current circumstances, always cleaning and taking care of customer safety. This must be one of M&S's best stores for customer service.”

“Both Tracey and Michelle at the Anniesland food store could not be more helpful to me and I notice with other customers! Their tips and suggestions on all products are 'spot on'. They go out of their way to assist with any questions. I do however miss them at the front door( where they used to be). Their 'welcome' was truly worth going to do the shopping!! Thank you!!”

“I was shopping at M&S in Abudhabi Fotoun Alkhair center.I have never had a better shopping experience and amazing services. The sales girl named Haimi did a great job explaining which color and style suit my figure. I admired her patient, polite manner and knowledge of the items. Thank you.”

“Went into M&S at Walton-on-the-Naze last week and the self service checkout machine wasn’t working properly. One of your staff immediately could see there was a problem. She was so helpful what a lovely person she was. I believe her name was Mel. If all your staff are as efficient and helpful as Mel you have a brilliant team working for you!! Wendy Thomas”
