“Exceptional customer service at Marks food hall Alnwick. All the staff without exception offer outstanding Customer care from personable greetings with clear health and safety guidance. Once in store, this continues with helpful and approachable staff. Plenty of offers and a huge variety of products, for even this relatively small store, which has brought quality food hall shopping at affordable prices to our town and area. Certainly the safest and most valued way to shop in store.”

“I went to marks and Spencer’s Bridgnorth today, a lovely member of staff called Hayley helped me find what I couldn’t find and Also was very helpful recommending some lovely wine and chocolate for a birthday present.”

“I ordered a whole leg of lamb last Thursday. The cost was £20. It was £5 cheaper than Tesco for exactly the same joint. I queried delivery times with their customer service as it was for a dinner party. She was extremely helpful and the order was arranged. I received an email to inform the item was in store and I could collect. The leg joint arrived as expected and instructions for roasting. It was absolutely wonderful. My guests were very impressed with the taste, as was I. Cannot fault M&S. Their service and standards are top notch.”

“M&S food is delicious. Never had a bad meal. I only wish their ranges were wider. I now shop there every week. They just do it better. Even their tea is sooo much better than Yorkshire Tea. And it comes foil wrapped - and in individual teabags, not sets of two which you have to tear apart and stuff back in the box, or sometimes splitting and getting tea leaves in your cup. Sometimes it’s the little things. When I go to Morrisons, usually to get other stuff - what a difference in experience. World’s apart. And I noticed Morrisons were doing a copy cat deal of £12 for a meal in. Nowhere near as good quality as M&S I’m sure, even their ‘best’ ranges can’t compare.”

“Customer service at Bangor, north Wales is second to none. The staff are attentive and very diligent in the current circumstances, always cleaning and taking care of customer safety. This must be one of M&S's best stores for customer service.”

“Both Tracey and Michelle at the Anniesland food store could not be more helpful to me and I notice with other customers! Their tips and suggestions on all products are 'spot on'. They go out of their way to assist with any questions. I do however miss them at the front door( where they used to be). Their 'welcome' was truly worth going to do the shopping!! Thank you!!”

“I was shopping at M&S in Abudhabi Fotoun Alkhair center.I have never had a better shopping experience and amazing services. The sales girl named Haimi did a great job explaining which color and style suit my figure. I admired her patient, polite manner and knowledge of the items. Thank you.”

“Went into M&S at Walton-on-the-Naze last week and the self service checkout machine wasn’t working properly. One of your staff immediately could see there was a problem. She was so helpful what a lovely person she was. I believe her name was Mel. If all your staff are as efficient and helpful as Mel you have a brilliant team working for you!! Wendy Thomas”

“Marks just food Morningside Edinburgh. I just wanted to say how effectively they have both planned and managed the store over this Pandemic period. They are so inventive with ideas and continue to invent new ideas with the social distancing lay out. The staff are absolutely amazing and so welcoming to all customers.”

“During the Corona Virus shut down. I have done some of my food shopping .the staff controlling the ques outside the store were helpful and courteous. Even when dealing with " less tolerant". customers. The system inside the store well planned and signed.”

“They do a hot curry called "The Hot One" which is excellent. The chicken is tender and the curry is extremely hot, made with Naga chillies whatever they are, but it is very flavoursome. Made a change going in there, something a bit different.”
