“I have purchased the gluten free quiche and would like to tell you how good it was. Very tasty and lovely pastry I would purchase again. My other favourites are all gluten free, Lasagna, steak pies, large apple pie and fruit crumble. Can you make some different meals too please like chilli con carne, curries etc. Thank you 🙋🏼‍♀️”

“Having just finished your valentine meal we chose Scallops starter, mains chicken Kiev and Rosemary potato, we bought broccoli stems, for desert chocolate cheesecake, plus A bottle of very decent White wine, we have enjoyed every bite, the scallops were lovely in white sauce and decorated mash potato, the chicken kiev was as you stated on the box your BEST EVER, the rosemary potato very nice and the cheesecake was just heaven. we will definetly be buying the said food ,on return to your store. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VALENTINE MEAL SO DELICIOUS.”

“M&S Gastropub 8-hour slow cooked Beef shin is absolutely gorgeous...had it with M&S mashed potato and it was spot on and I’m so fussy with shop made meals. I highly recommend it.”

“I ordered a bra online last week and when it came i felt that it was one that someone had returned ,there was no tag and no packaging very disappointed considering i had ordered the same bra the week before and it arrived in a box and i was happy with it ,so I will be returning it not good marks and spencers.Caroline Hamilton”

“I visited M&S Reading and had an excellent bra fitting service off a lady called Elisa - she was really professional and helpful and listened to what type of bra/colours I wanted nothing was too much trouble for her. I was so impressed I recommended her to my daughter”

“A review of the M&S Woodland Yule Log. This was the most amazing chocolate log that I have ever eaten. It looked beautiful. It tasted wonderful. It is a shame that they don’t make them all year round. We also love their normal chocolate logs (the only ones that can be frozen!) so you can enjoy them in January too! The chocolate millionaire pies were also an exciting addition for those who don’t like mince pies.”

“Christmas food order at Kingsditch store Cheltenham. Placed food order online then made an amendment in store early December. What a friendly and helpful lady on the help desk. Collected order yesterday. Wow! The best ever organised Christmas food collection. The staff were friendly helpful and professional. Will recommend and come back again. Thank you and merry Christmas.”

“Wednesday December 4th I purchased a jacket for my daughter-in-law Lucy Bunce at your Eltham store. I was assisted by Rebecca, a very kind & helpful young woman, who found what I was looking for, a Per Una jacket. I couldn’t find it in the size needed & Rebecca found exactly what was needed for me. The jacket was out of stock online & in the M&S store in Cambridge. The receipt was sent with the jacket to my daughter-in-law. Our son was in London & we gave it to him to take to his wife Lucy. I have photos of part of the receipt which I had placed in the inside pocket of the jacket, but I don’t think the receipt ni is showing. I attach 4 photos of the jacket including one with a photo of the receipt. I must emphasise how VERY HELPFUL REBECCA WAS!”
