“Wednesday December 4th I purchased a jacket for my daughter-in-law Lucy Bunce at your Eltham store. I was assisted by Rebecca, a very kind & helpful young woman, who found what I was looking for, a Per Una jacket. I couldn’t find it in the size needed & Rebecca found exactly what was needed for me. The jacket was out of stock online & in the M&S store in Cambridge. The receipt was sent with the jacket to my daughter-in-law. Our son was in London & we gave it to him to take to his wife Lucy. I have photos of part of the receipt which I had placed in the inside pocket of the jacket, but I don’t think the receipt ni is showing. I attach 4 photos of the jacket including one with a photo of the receipt. I must emphasise how VERY HELPFUL REBECCA WAS!”

“Rebecca in the Eltham store was so very kind & helpful. My daughter-in-law has asked me to find a jacket, advertised online but out of stock online in her size & in M&S in Cambridge where she lives. APer Una jacket. I couldn’t find one. Rebecca found exactly what I was looking for, my daughter-in-law was happy to have the green or blue jacket but preferred the blue. So a big thanks you’ to Rebecca.”

“Visited Great Malvern store on Sunday 24 /11/19 mid morning. The shop was very busy. I was trying to buy a coat, which wasn't available instore in my size. Jess, a young, friendly and extremely efficient assistant went that extra mile by locating the item in your Worcester store. My husband was able to collect it the next day without losing the benefit of 20% off on the sparks card. Thank you!”

“Hello there m&a, my name is Gary Giacopazzi and I'm currently on the intestinal failure ward at Salford Royal hospital, now with the problems I have I didn't expect curries and rice to be on my good to eat list,I've had this problem for quite a while now (I'm 51 ) and while being on this ward where we have a patient's kitchen etc I've been enjoying your food (when funds permit, not begging or owt) from the great outlet you have here in the hospital itself ,especially the curries and pasta meals with no onions (hate them 🤣👍) I particularly do like the butter chicken with your gorgeous pilau rice as does my mum when she visits (and takes them home) but after being in here for 6 months I was discharged in June, now after being readmitted 5/6 weeks ago I came across your new 'best of range' and I would like to congratulate you on your amazing (and that's an understatement) chicken tikka masala, its blown me and my mum away, pluss friends and staff on the ward after I had to tell them. It's great you get 8/9 large pieces of charred chicken that I cut into 4 ,the sauce with the coriander is knockout, you actually put the pieces of chilli on top in the centre so I can take them out (burn my skin on my wound area) but obviously I would leave in as I do like a kick in my curry, but it's perfect, in such a way that I know that I will never buy a take away 1 again and probably not a restaurant 1 either, pluss the price ,wow £5 and £2.10 for the rice which is also in it's own way better than the take away and most restaurant 1s as you have the cumin seeds cardamom pods etc in it ,And there both good portions for 2, which is great 4 me ,I split them for over two evening meals ( foods generally horrid in here) so thanks whoever's came up with this recipe etc and please dont change it or end its production, the outlet here has ran out twice after the nurses and my mum and daughter snapping them up. I'm a sunshine type of guy my mottos are good happy 1s ,,but 1 for u is " stay good"and "curry on".🤣😂👍 take care,kp smiling. Gary.x”

“This may not be the right place to leave this review but I just want to say that the person[s] who created the Plant Kitchen Nutty Super Wholefood Salad are a genius. I have been buying them since they have been available and have never got tired of them. They are absolutely delicious..texture, flavour and content outstanding. Thank you.”

“I ordered a cake from M&S and was to collect it 7 days later in store unfortunately I couldn't make it to the store so I asked at collections if it was possible to change to another store. With cake orders you can't change anything but after a chat with Roisin in your Forestside branch we discovered we both came from the same town and she met me with the cake. This was above and beyond and absolutely no problem to her, I can't thank her enough for doing this as it hasn't been long since I had surgery and driving long distances can be a problem. Roisin and M&S thank you so much”

“Recently I needed to return an item that had become damaged after single use. Even though I didn’t have a receipt ( item was a gift ) staff at Manchester branch were very helpful and issued me with a credit note. Which I was very happy with. Staff lovely.”

“I was shopping in the Marks & Spencer at the FORT, Glasgow. I was looking for new bras and had been going around in circles for ages, and trying on different styles. The sales assistant Angela in Lingerie is excellent and suggested a different style and size. Perfect fit and transformation. Thank you Angela for your expert guidance and patience.
