“I had and do have continuous service from Marks and Spencer’s in Wansted East London . In particular there is a lovely helpful women there ever Saturday called Margaret . She supports my partner in a wheelchair and also me . She is patient .”

“Without fail service always top marks and following a long stunk shopping elsewhere, and visiting the food hall yesterday I am coming back. The tapas foods were delicious, actually everything was. I am coming home 😁”

“As usual M and S Winchester branch are brilliant. The staff are fantastic and always friendly. I’m so happy they are trying to make shopping in the food department as normal as possible at this awful time. No arrows , but everyone respecting the social distancing as far as we can in a small store. It’s nice to have a normal experience shopping at the moment. Compared to other supermarkets I’ve been into M and S rise above the rest. I have also ordered online items for my elderly mother. She was delighted when Hermes delivered them four days earlier than they said on the website. One member of staff in Winchester who is usually Cafe staff , but now on the food department till , is just lovely. Always has time to chat to you. She’s a delight. We look forward to that M and S Cafe party !! Thank you M and S.”

“Fabulous service today in High Wycombe Eden Walk. An older gentleman in the food section was so helpful and willing and professional.and a young lady on the exit to London TRd again was very helpful and willing. Really great service from them who both went over and above their duty, in every aspect. Thank you.”

“Visited my local Simply Food, Prestwich, Manchester on Saturday to do my Sister's weekly shop as she is in the vulnerable category. Queue with Covid was longer than usual taking 40 minutes to enter. As always shop very well stocked for its size and I got everything I needed. On reaching the till I was served by a delightful asst 'Jane ' who was warm, very bubbly, and gave fantastic customer service. Jane you are a credit to Marks & Spencer's.”

“I bought two slow cooked lamb shanks for our Sunday meal. There was no other meat available apart from chicken when I shopped. The lamb shanks, however, were absolutely DELICIOUS! Well done MnS on a great, relatively affordable, Sunday 'roast'.”

“Visiting Truro branch in March, pre lock down. Sam and Mandy in jeans department were brilliant. They were extremely helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble as they kept bringing different styles to the changing room for me to try on. I wish they would relocate to our Kingston upon Thames branch 😉. Thank you Sam and Mandy. I will definitely visit you again when back in Truro.”

“Thank you Mark's & Spencer's, for restoring my faith in online ordering of flowers. I have used many companies, only to be left dissatisfied with the delivered flowers, which are for my mom. I ordered a pink blush flower gift bag including chocolates, which arrived perfectly, the flowers were fresh and really pretty. I was a little concerned after reading some of the poor reviews, but I am glad I had no complaints, and my mom was very happy.”

“I ordered sandwich platter as part of an afternoon tea for me and my friends. We were all very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed them. I cannot recommend highly enough and it saved me from shopping and preparation. I will definitely order from M&S again”

“I had a problem with the pile on a wool rug I received in January this year. Upon ringing Customer Services I was advised my faulty rug would be collected the next day which it was. I was advised that a replacement rug would be despatche’d ASAP. I received that the next day. The new rug cost a lot more than my rug but there was no extra charge. This is fantastic service from my favourite store and cannot be faulted. Thank you M and S for brilliant service!!”

“Thank you very much to Julie in the womens lingerie Department she was so helpful. My daughter was trying on bras to go under her wedding dress.Julie was so professional and calm and we received superb customer service. Thanks to her expertise we managed to find the perfect bra. It made our day”

“Wide fit shoes I have had them on silver and black as they are so comfy always go to get my shoes from mark's now as I have a bunion their wide fit are fab but go down half a size. Fab .”
