Went into M&S at Walton-on-the-Naze last week and the self service checkout machine wasn’t working properly. One of your staff immediately could see there was a problem. She was so helpful what a lovely person she was. I believe her name was Mel. If all your staff are as efficient and helpful as Mel you have a brilliant team working for you!!
