Unfortunately Marks and Spencer didn't make me happy, quite the reverse. I'm joining those who have complained about the packing of online orders. I ordered a cashmere jumper from their Autograph range. This arrived shoved into their green outer bag without any protective cover at all. Not the first time this has happened and I've read other reviews with the same complaint. Frankly I'm not surprised that other retailers outsell them.

I would like to thank the manager at Devizes food hall, and her male colleague, for their help this morning. Having not received my refund after two weeks and expecting a long haul to receive it. I was greeted with friendly staff only too willing to help and with their help I can now expect a refund in 3/5 days. Many thanks I can’t recommend them enough and I hope their good work is recognised and perhaps rewarded.

M & S recently introduced Seeded Rye Sourdough, which has become a firm favourite. On return visits it hasn't been on display - either sold out or the day's delivery hasn't arrived. My nearest M & S food store, Berkhamsted, is a 14-mile round trip and I need to know it's available to make the visit worthwhile! If I ever see it again I'll buy a few loaves and slice and freeze them. A friend bought some from another M & S and it was - classic sourdough mistake - full of air holes. Expensive air holes at £4 a loaf. It's a shame that something as simple as a good loaf of bread isn't reliably available in store. It's the deal-breaker in my decision to shop at M & S, or nearby competitor Waitrose.

Went to M&S Uxbridge with my mum who is in a wheelchair and decided to buy a bra, asked a very nice lady Parveen for a fitting without an appointment and she kindly did so saying that she could do so there and then and I am sure she fit me in for a fitting out of kindness, she was incredible. Parveen explained what I should be looking for how my bra should fit and nothing appeared to be to much. Thank you so much for your time, patience, positive energy and kindness to my mum . Amazing lady.

Not a complaint more a suggestion/review on your mens jeans. My background is I owned and run a leisure clothing factory for 20 year's although not denim. I bought a pair of your mens slim fit jeans and the quality is very good but the fit is not quite right. Firstly the pockets are too deep which makes it uncomfortable when items are put in them but the main problem is the back rise is too low by approximately 1 inch so I think it need me to be raised making them mire comfortable, the front rise is perfect. I am short so I guess it may be worse for taller men.

Firstly apologies for the latess of posting this feedback which I wanted to lost much sooner but have been travelling. We are on holiday from Australia. Monday 4 October I attended the M&S London City store on Oxford St. I was there with the specifc purpose of finding some trousers I had seen in M&S, Bath, the previous day. In Bath, I didnt have time to try the trousers on as was hurrying to return to my tour. In the London store I couldnt find the trousers. I found the jacket in the same print design, but not the trousers. I enquired and was told the trousers were not in stock in that store. I was directed upstairs to find a staff member who may assist via access to the wider M&S data base. By this time I was again running short of time to reach my next commitment. When I approached the pay counter upstairs I encountered a lady called Lilly. A tall, stylish, attractive lady. I hope I have the name right. After some time, and a lot of searching, Lilly with the help of her two colleages,(names Lilly gave me but I have unfortunately forgotten and lost the receipt where the names are written) found the trousers. I purchased the trousers and would also have loved the matching jacket but travel suitcase space prohibited the luxury. I write to publicly acknowledge and thank the efforts of Lilly and her co-workers. Despite a very busy store, full of customers, Lilly & her colleages went over and above expectations to help me. This is the best customer service I have encountered anywhere in my travels so far. Many, many thanks Lilly & colleagues. I havent forgotten you. I will remember your kindness whenever I wear my lovely trousers. Warm regards and blessings to you. Wish we had M&S in Western Australia. Janette Bayman

"The two jump suits I ordered a while back came without incident. Three more to add to my closet because they fit well and were really comfortable. Easy payment, amazing selection, and simple ordering. I've long been a huge supporter of their products. Since it was too expensive and a little out of my financial range, I was unable to buy it, but fortunately I had this coupon from dig my cart to jump on the bandwagon. Advisory: 11/10

Just wanted to praise the Bakery at Amersham Food hall for the fantastic service ad lovely warm fresh cooked bread and pastries The Lady Called Kath does an amazing job getting up at all hours to have fresh bread cooked as soon as the store opens at 8 am always very cheerful even in the extreme heat we are having at the moment have recommended to friends & family especially for the Pastries.

I was bought yellow broidery anglaise dress, regular 14,length almost maxi. Great quality dress, so flattering,half lined,one minus-its deep low neckline,just I don't like when someone may see my bra.No zip,just pull on. I'm size 14 top,but 16-18 in hips,so size 14 regular (height 1,71 cm)been great,a bit tight on hips but a bit loose on the top. £45 I hope my feedback helps 😊

Ordered bras and knickers. Collected from local food outlet as we do not have a proper store here. Bras good fit ( pack of 2 white and 1 flesh) but if bending forward to eg. garden, I tend to fall out of them! A fuller cup would be good. Size 16 knickers good but a size 14 would have done.

I primarily food shop at Waitrose but occasionally MS - lately I have been more and more impressed by their produce. There are many lines now that are organic, the quality is good and the flavour too. I also am interested that they are trying to appeal to vegetarians with their plant based food. Often MS get a bad press - why do we British knock our own people. We should support them, especially now times are so difficult. MS flowers and plants look healthy and last longer than other supermarkets. The wine is pretty good too. I don’t buy sauces, chutneys etc but am impressed by the MS range on offer, ditto the cheeses. OK, sometimes executive decisions have been a bit hard to comprehend, especially with regard to clothing, but at the moment they are not doing badly in the food area. I notice that many reviews are very specific. Surely if you take the product you are disappointed with to the store it will be dealt with. If it isn’t, then is the time to post a complaint for all to see.

Christmas order of sticky toffee crown, best ever, cauliflower cheese very tasty but not enough cauliflower, raspberry Panacotta stunning after a rich dinner, fish bouillabaisse for two people Boxing Day absolutely tasty but fed two and would never had fed the four as stated on box. At £25 was great for the special occasion, but anybody expecting to feed four, would be seriously dissatisfied. Pick up great and organised. Car park a nightmare but I had chosen to park outside so wasn’t an issue.

Ordered a sofa in June and paid in full. Three promised delivery dates not met. Conversations with customer services are unable to offer an explanation why. I was told someone would get back to me two weeks ago to update me on order but still waiting. My delivery date is now 14th December but if it doesn’t arrive then I will be cancelling and requesting a refund. It is totally unacceptable for M&S to hold a customers money for this length of time and not producing goods
