“I always shop in Silverlink both for food & clothes. Today I took a skirt back which I really love but needed a top to go with it. I couldn’t find one & was just giving up when a Lovely lady called Helen came to see if she could help me. I explained & showed her my skirt. She said that she had seen a top on its own maybe bought in another shop & returned to theirs. She thought it would match my skirt & sure enough it did. She was so very helpful. I didn’t need to ask for her help she came to me. I can’t praise her enough. Since South Shields shop closed I now go to North Shields & have got to know many members of staff there.”

“I do not write reviews very often, but i have to say there is a member of staff that shines through for me at the retail park in Shirley Solihull. The gentleman's name is Kamahl, he cannot do enough for you :) if i have heavy shopping eg bottles he has taken them to my car with a smile on his face. In store if he is on duty i will search for him because i know he will help me out and nothing is too much trouble for him. Thank you Kamhal your a star and i hope you get recognized for being a star staff member. kindest regards Bev Chadwick”

“I ordered a selection of food bites for a lunchtime gathering of 13 friends. Every item was delicious and very well received and I will certainly use the service again. The food was ready to pick up at 9 a.m. , perfectly packaged/protected, which made the whole event so relaxed and easy.”

“Shout out to Gary? Not sure I just glanced at his name in the Hammersmith branch. A bit of a queue so I was forced to watch his excellent customer service skills with each customer ahead of me! I bought a cake and needed a cake bag which was unavailable but he happily got off the till retrieved an extra large bag and came back to enable me carry the cake instead. When the till would not accept the code and I was concerned about keeping him further I told him not to bother I would carry the cake but he insisted on ensuring I was not inconvenienced in the slightest! It’s not often one gets the feeling of care and concern these days especially with the younger generation so Gary of Hammersmith branch keep up the good work.”

“Today I received excellent service from Karin at Ipswich M&S. I knew what I wanted traditional Y-Fronts but was a little confused by the multiple choices so I asked for assistance. Karin found me exactly what I was looking for within 2 minutes. So I bought several packs and left the store very pleased. Thank you”

“I shopped in M and S (Craigleith Retail Park Edinburgh) on 23rd of this month. Unable to carry heavy bags due to recent operation I asked at the checkout for help. The staff were so helpful and a very sensible charming girl called Detta pushed my trolley to the car and carefully packed the car. Much appreciated and many thanks”

“We visited Parc Trostre, Llanelli store on Saturday 31st of August & my husband lost his wallet.The staff here were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. One lady in particular (her name began with M and is of Pakistani descent (so sorry that we can't remember her full name)was kind enough to have safely placed it behind her till and in a bag. My husband is so grateful for the kindness shown by her and all of the staff that dealt with him. As always, a super friendly and helpful staff at Trostre M&S. Thank you so much.”

“Took my 13 year old granddaughter for a bra fitting today. It was her first one. From measuring to trying on the whole experience for her was great. We were looked after by Gill very well. My granddaughter was very nervous but was put at ease by Gill. Thank you”

“I visited London at the weekend and went into Westfield at Shepherd’s Bush whilst there went into M&S & was waiting for assistance in children’s wear where I witnessed some outstanding service given by a lady called Kerry. She was serving a gentleman for a boys suit & once he was happy with the suit she took him downstairs to alterations at the same time she asked me not to go anywhere because she would be right back. I left feeling very satisfied with my goods & received a one to one service you don’t normally get in stores”

“Went to M&S Teddington today - in a rush - long day at work - needed to locate items quickly and Michael Piper came to my rescue by navigating me around the store perfectly. He was professional, polite and charming. I cannot speak highly enough of his customer engagement - top marks.”
