I ordered a cake from M&S and was to collect it 7 days later in store unfortunately I couldn't make it to the store so I asked at collections if it was possible to change to another store. With cake orders you can't change anything but after a chat with Roisin in your Forestside branch we discovered we both came from the same town and she met me with the cake. This was above and beyond and absolutely no problem to her, I can't thank her enough for doing this as it hasn't been long since I had surgery and driving long distances can be a problem.
