I ordered a bra online last week and when it came i felt that it was one that someone had returned ,there was no tag and no packaging very disappointed considering i had ordered the same bra the week before and it arrived in a box and i was happy with it ,so I will be returning it not good marks and spencers.Caroline Hamilton
