Seems to be a lot of complaints about a service that is doing its best in very difficult circumstances. Just wanted to say a big thank-you to all staff who have worked most selflessly putting themselves and their families in potential danger to make sure that the public has access to most of what they need. Well done those people and keep up the good work despite the negativity that seems to have become a hallmark recently
