“I live in Canada and I ordered a blouse and a long-sleeve T-shirt last week. They were at my door this morning. Not bad considering I ordered something from Canada at the same time and it's expected arrival is tomorrow. We have a lot of land to cover for deliveries but no oceans to cross:) I was able to track every move my purchase was making. It was accurate and speedy. I also appreciate that the price you see is the price you pay. The prices were in Canadian dollars and I had access to free shipping. There was no surprise customs payments either. I don't shop at several American stores because of all the extra costs. I like the transparency of shopping at M&S. Finally, the T-shirt is cuter in real life and the blouse is beautiful and fits perfectly (I was a little nervous about getting the size conversion right but the website is helpful). I will be happy to wear them both. Overall, I was delighted by my experience and will be shopping there again. Laura”

“Purchasing shirt I noticed had a stain. Woman called Vicky on till offered to find me a replacement which unfortunately had identical stain. She then ordered for delivery to a local store. All done on a busy Saturday. Excellent customer care”

“Visited the Redhill Surrey branch of Marks and Spencer to get some trousers and a shirt for my 14 year old son for a wedding. He was measured and fitted for both by a lovely man called Ian who listened to what we wanted and advised and guided us in the right direction. The shirt and trousers had to be ordered in and came within 2 days. We went back today to collect the trousers,shirt and have a final fitting by Ian as he wanted to make sure that the trousers fitted correctly, which they did. The service he provided was exceptional and I will highly recommend Ian to anyone that needs to get a suit fitted. One very happy customer.”

“My elderly mother visited the Broadway store, Bradford today to have a bra fitting, she was served by Diane who not only measured her but also assisted her with some other items. I don’t normally write a review but the care and compassion Diane has shown is greatly appreciated. Thank you M&S in your customer service 10/10”

“Today we ate M and s chicken and leek gastro pie along with side of peas and greens part of a meal deal. First the reheat all products delivered Now the eat Pie pastry golden and crisp Filling restaurant quality flavour ten out of ten Looks on plate restaurant quality Sides Reheat great flavour amazing and still al dente All together I was very surprised m and s food development team delivered Great job”

“Love visiting marks and spencers - both clothes and the food halls. Recently went in to purchase some jeans, I know M&S have a variety of sizes and styles that are comfortable. The changing rooms were open so I was able to try a few things on and the ladies working in the changing rooms were very helpful with fit advice.”

“I ordered a sofa and 2 chairs, after receiving a good selection of swatches from M&S. I was kept up to date via email and M&S were most accommodating when I changed my delivery date. I was given a 2 hour window several days before and the 2 delivery drivers, Tom and Sue, were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble - even bringing the furniture in via my side gate and up a flight of steps to my french doors. They unpacked everything, fitted the feet and left my furniture in situ, taking away all the packaging. The quality and value for money is outstanding and I cannot recommend M&S highly enough!”
