“Had a bra fitting at ricoh M&S after I had a mastectomy after having cancer and I never thought I would get a bra to fit and feel comfortable or look nice again Si felt so low but after the lady called Lisa sorted me out I was in tears, happy tears she was amazing so understanding and found the right bra for me I couldn’t stop looking at myself which I never done before I couldn’t thank her enough she had to order the bras for me and she made sure they fitted right when they arrived I couldn’t fault her or thank her enough for her help. I’m so happy I had the courage to go and have a fitting and get such a nice lady to help me Thank you Lisa at ricoh coventry.”

“When in to the coffee shop today with my daughter, it was a special treat as it’s her 17th birthday and they was so lovely they gave her a free drink customer service was amazing as always, and made my daughter feel very special so that’s five stars, was served by Pauline Tammy and beth”

“I had a great experience today in your Beauty department with a lady called Maureen I had take my sisters Granddaughter in to find the perfect colour foundation for her skin this was her first visit to Marks & Spencer and Maureen was so attentive , understanding, to a young girl it was the best experience so a big thank you .”

“We shop every week in the food hall…excellent choice. On most occasions we go for something to eat in the cafe upstairs in Cheshire Oaks. Every member of staff is lovely but especially so Diane (S)… she is just so personable, very friendly and extremely efficient. Today (15/8/22) there was another member of staff, Jacob, who was extremely personable. They are both good representatives for M&S!”

“The best thing Marks+ Spencers did was going in with the BP Garages you may pay a wee bit more but its worth it. the staff are amazing and do BP proud so quick and covenant love it”

“We had a lovely lunch in M snd S, Elcipse park, Maidstone yesterday. We loved the jacket potatoes so much that we asked Yvonne (worker in the cafe) if she knew what ingredients were in the Coleslaw. To our surprise, she went and got the coleslaw packet with the ingredients written on it, for us to take a photo of. Yvonne, you are a star, thank you! We were also so impressed by the speed and quality clearing of tables she was keeping up with. To keep on top of it when the cafe was FULL of people, due to the extreme heat, her customer service was superb!”

“Farhana at the Mens counter of the Aylesbury M & S store was incredibly helpful and friendly. Farhana guided me through the M&S Sparks app by providing me all the detailed information about it( including all special offers n how I can save money !!) .over all it was an excellent customer service.”

“Ordered some flowers for a friend and when delivered they were disgusting which was disappointing both for my friend and myself. M&S were informed and a next day delivery of replacement flowers was arranged. I am happy to say that they were 100% better than the original ones and my friend is happy with them. At least this company put matters right.”
