Hi I was in carlisle Saturday 2ish with my nephew for a day out and was taken ill. I asked him to go and get a lady to help. I would just like to thank her so much for what she done for me, she was so patient helpful and generous in her empathy and care, I didn’t get the ladies name I’m afraid, but my nephew said she was on the ladies section on self service.
