Once again appalling customer service in Westbourne Poole Dorset's Food Hall.
The staff can't even be bothered to help their struggling mew starter collegues let alone customers.
They seem to be good at strolling around talking to their mates and mot much else.
What ever happened to M&S's high standard of service....clearly not evident in this branch!
