Failed to cancel and order despite meeting the criteria. Trying to correct their error (duplicated order) has taken days of dealing with the most inept and incompetent 'customer service' I have EVER experienced.
I used to be a firm supporter of M&S but sadly that came to an end today. Too many other retailers out there providing a better level of service to waste time here any longer. Sad day
