Had a breast cancer scare/ invasive procedures. Went to return an unworn bra. M&S staff loudly passed insulting comments re by body in front of lots of customers/ staff (including male staff who were laughing). Cruel and unprovoked :(
Very hypocritical retailer in terms of pretending to support breast cancer etc but encouraging staff to be very cruel and insulting to female customers.
