Ordered a sofa in June and paid in full. Three promised delivery dates not met. Conversations with customer services are unable to offer an explanation why. I was told someone would get back to me two weeks ago to update me on order but still waiting. My delivery date is now 14th December but if it doesn’t arrive then I will be cancelling and requesting a refund. It is totally unacceptable for M&S to hold a customers money for this length of time and not producing goods
