Ordered some clothes and advised they had been despatched on Dec 4th. Its now 10th Dec and Hermes tracking says they are still waiting for the parcel. Is it lost? Has it been despatched? will it arrive? Your guess is as good as mine. Will not be buying from again.
Ive sent emails which are still unanswered and as far as their on line chat is concerned after a 10 minute wait they simply cut you off (to save you waiting on line too long).
