Lydia from Liverpool displayed exceptional customer service skills when I was trying to purchase a puffer coat that was in the sale, however; it had no code on it. After finding the same coat but a smaller size, Lydia went out of her way by contacting her manager on two occasions in order to help me purchasevthe said item.
