Had the most amazing service by a lady called Janet in the bra fitting service at Longbridge branch. She went over and above and was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried to leave a review on the site they recommend ‘tellmands.co.uk’ near on impossible to complete which is sad because staff should be praised for excellent service. The site suggested is horrible. M&S should review this.
