Why have you changed your lemon drizzle cake? I bought one yesterday,and have just eaten a slice. The icing is different,as it’s now hard and crusty,and there’s not as much lemon in the cake,making it much less moist. It’s not very good.
I loved the cake before,made to the old recipe,but I didn’t like this new cake,so I won’t be buying it again.
