Today I visited Salisbury M and S returning a bra I bought in the huge M and S near junction 22 off the M25 on Monday.In vain I sought help at the latter store as I needed help in my initial purchase. Not one assistant available except to offer me a basket HOWEVER !! In Salisbury a delightful lady named Lisa Down Came forward to help. Not only did she personally find and measure the Correct garment which is 3 sizes different from what I normally get before COVID she made me feel 100% Better to start the rest of the day. Marks and Spencer’s need to take care of their loyal Customers of 70 years plus . I am unable to fill in the form you hand out now to enter a lottery prize.
