I ordered an afternoon tea two weeks ago for our friends diamond wedding anniversary . Had an email this morning to say it was on its way ! Great,excited ! Then tracked my order and DHL have cancelled delivery until next working day which is Monday - two days after the anniversary . Not M and S fault but DHL s fault . So angry and upset .
M and S have refunded and the delivery will still go ahead on Monday but then the anniversary is over .
Now to ring our friends and tell them or they will think we have forgotten them .
Rubbish courier service from DHL !
