Unable to book a bra fitting for my daughter online so went to my local M&S at Hempstead Valley.
I was told that it's now a walk in, asked to book my daughter in and was told yes first of all then was told it would be 4hr wait as no one was available even though the store was empty and there was plenty of staff around.
I then suggested that if we got a couple of bras could someone just check the fitting and was told no.
Very annoyed with the non existent customer service.
