Very bad customer care. The executives have no authority....they cant even connect u to their seniors.
They make false promises and i had to keep following up for my complaint for almost a month. A big waste of time. I wudnt recommend anyone to buy any online stuff from their official website....if u face any issue with ur order....wat u will get back from them is just a SORRY innumerable times. No other action. Very disappointing and frustrating.
