The cafe standards in your Bexleyheath store has has been slowly going down hill, a few weeks ago my partner and I visited the cafe at 13.00 on a Saturday to be told "no sandwiches, no toasted tea cakes, no jacket potatoes, no toasted paninis, this was lunch time, we visited again today (for the last time) the staff were rude, no please or thank you and had attitude.
I normally dont complain but to have 2 complaints in as many weeks seems to me there is a problem somewhere
