The package and delivery of a maxim porcelain roaster was appalling. The roaster was covered with a thin layer of bubble wrap within its thin cardboard box.
The plastic outer bag had no mention of the item being fragile inside, and the need to handle with care/ fragile/ ceramic .
Well it doesn't take a genius to work out what state it was in when it arrived. It looked like someone had taken a hammer to it and smashed it into a hundred pieces.
