I Would rate this review nil star rating if it was possible. But just like their online returns procedure which is also impossible when returning items as a guest.
Stop harping on about how good you are with your paperless systems and online shopping to save the planet, when you are closing stores and we have to travel extra miles to return online goods to store because your online returns system is so bad it doesn't work.
