Very disappointed with what I thought was a professional store.We ordered and paid for furniture which was to be delivered in January 2023.After changing our minds a few days later about the material, I phoned customer service who told me I would have to cancel and re order.We got a 10% discount on the initial order but if we where to cancel we wouldn't get the discount. Why cant you just change the material and if need be pay for any difference .The discount should have been carried over and honoured. We will now be looking elsewhere and Marks and spencer's have lost out on my custom.
