I had a minor issue with an order, which ended up becoming a huge ordeal. The customer service staff, particularly in the executive team, are rude and dismissive, and take no accountability or responsibility for their actions.
The staff in stores have always been very helpful, so its sad that this isn't extended to Waterside House.
