I ordered food and their system placed the order twice. Now I won't get a refund for one of my orders. I don't want two of everything! £40! I didn't change my mind. Their IT system is at fault. Three half hour phone calls later and no manager calls back as promised. I was told as I checked out as a guest and not a member I could not have refund. 40£!
